We specialize in artisanal gelato manufacturing using the finest ingredients sourced both locally and from Italy. We strive to bring the very best gelato since 2012 in all the traditional favourites, while we aren’t afraid to step out of the ordinary as well.
We can cater to every pallet including dietary restrictions. From season requests to customized flavours, we love to create the very best gelato experience for you and your customers.
WHY SERVE OUR GELATO IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT?
Adding our gelato to your menu can greatly increase your dessert profit without increasing your labour expenses. By offering individual scoops or complementing a dessert with a scoop, gelato adds prestige and high profits to your bottom line.
We currently deliver 5 days a week, Monday to Friday; statutory holidays excluded. With a lead time between 1-2 days, your orders are made fresh and delivered right to your door. Currently, we are servicing Between Hamilton and Port Perry.
WHAT ABOUT PROFITABILITY?
On average, our 5L pans cost $45. Each 5L pan of gelato will yield approximately 30 to 90 scoops of gelato depending on serving size.
Today’s average price of a small scoop of gelato is between $4-$7. Each pan should generate between $120 to a possible $450 on the high end. This equates to an approximate gross profit between $75-$405 per container.
